1. Cancellation Window
  • Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of registration/payment.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing via the official conference email.

  • Full refund (100%) will be processed if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours.
  • No refund will be provided after 24 hours under any circumstances.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  1. Substitution Policy
  • If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate from the same organization (with prior written notice).
